1992

Sonshine is a family owned business that started in the Tennent family home in Kawerau. Later that year, an existing Bookstore was purchased in Rotorua with the business base moving there.

1994

A business was purchased in Tauranga

1995

A further retail outlet was commenced in Tauranga.

1997

Sonshine upgraded and the Rotorua centre was relocated to much larger premises.

2002

Sonshine released it's web store Sonshine Online.

2020

Sonshine released it's new website look with this online store.
